Hello,
Sorry back again to use your great minds.
I have an ebay account that has paypal linked to it. My partner has a ebay account but no paypal. Can I add his ebay account to my paypal account as I want to start selling and was going to use one to buy and one to sell. Thought this would be better than starting a new account from nothing. Hope I have explained this right.
