Claiming Via Court And Overdrawn

Hi,
I hope some one might be able to answer this for me.
I am currently claiming bank charges from Nationwide via my local court.
While this has been going on the account i am claiming for ( which is now closed) is still overdrawn by £200 and charges are being added on regularly, I wanted to know if I am sucessful and get my money back from Nationwide will they pay it directly into the overdrawn account meaning i will be £200 down?
Also is there anyway of maybe getting the overdrawn amount back to zero without actually paying  The account i have doesnt allow me to have an overdrawn facility, the regular charges being added have made it seem overdrawn so its not actually money that i have had:confused:

No, take responsibility and pay it.

Another constructive reply there for you...

Alternatively, the amount you are overdrawn is a figure made up entirely (I presume) from previous charges. If you are in the middle of a claim against this account, it is quite likely that the true balance of the account should be very much in credit. If you are not using this account now, then I wouldn't pay too much attention to it, but I would advise that you respond to any requests to bring the account balance back to zero, with a reply which states that you do not acknowledge the debt and formally dispute the amount owed.

This may be important for later stages of the action against the bank, or if they decide to play silly and take any action against you because of it.
