The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 21 or over, excluding employees of UKTV Media Limited & Virgin Media Limited, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Entrants must be active on social media (Facebook and Twitter), be prepared to tweet and post on Facebook and/or Twitter about their experiences and also take part in reasonable post-competition publicity.
There is a maximum of 1 entry per person.

To enter the promotion entrants must RT and Tweet the Virgin Media Twitter account as instructed.
All entries must be received between the launch of the competition on Wednesday the 2nd of September 2015 and 23:59 on Sunday 13th September. Entries received outside of this time frame will not be accepted.
Prize: The prize includes: return flights for two people to Charlotte, North Carolina, Fully inclusive car hire for the 3 nights in Charlotte, North Carolina, 3 Nights accommodation at a centrally located 4 star hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, Flights for two people from Charlotte North Carolina to Charleston, South Carolina. Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel, 4 Nights accommodation at a centrally located 4 star hotel in South Carolina, ESTA Fees for two people, Travel insurance for two people. Travel to the UK airport not included.
There will be 1 (ONE) winner, receiving 1 (ONE) prize. Winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on the most interesting secret. The winner will be chosen after midnight on the 13th September 2015. Winner will be contacted on Twitter and notified of their win.
Travel is subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (Both UK and USA). Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability of the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passport holders may need a Visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the embassy at their own expense. The prize includes all taxes and surcharges, at least one person must be over the age of 25 years.
Driver must be over 25 years of age and have held a full clean driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees. Driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for a security deposit, which is refundable upon the safe return of the vehicle.
Transfers will be private and not shared with any other passengers.
Internal flights from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Charleston, South Carolina for two people will be economy.
Hotel are classed as 4 star and is based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room with ensuite facilities on a room only basis.
For all US trips, UK passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winners responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and Virgin Media and the NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
If, for any reason, the winner is unable to make the trip then an alternative winner will be selected.
The promoter reserves to right to use any photos and videos taken by the winners for marketing purposes.
The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact each winner, however if the winner cannot be contacted or the Promoter doesn’t receive a response within 1 week of notification, the Promoter may deem the prize as forfeited.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of entry.
Where it becomes necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
The Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to notification of any winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt or entry.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
