WIN A VIP HOSPITALITY PACKAGE
Derby LIVE are offering Classic FM listeners the chance to win an amazing VIP prize: a picnic for two and access to the VIP area at The Darley Park Concert with Sinfonia Viva on the 6 September, as well as two nights' accommodation for two people at The Cathedral Quarter Hotel, Derby. Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

1. The winner will receive:

7.1. A double/twin room for two people at The Cathedral Quarter Hotel, Derby on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September 2015. This booking includes breakfast, but does not include lunch and evening meals. Please note that costs incurred from other hotel services must be paid for by the winner.
7.2. Access to the VIP area at The Darley Park concert with Sinfonia Viva on Sunday 6th September 2015. This includes entrance into the roped of VIP area to watch the The Darley Park Concert, which is an area reserved for VIP guests and local dignitaries. Please note, no seating will be provided.
7.3. A picnic for two people (worth approximately £25). The winner must choose between three picnic options, of which full details can be found at http://www.derbylive.co.uk/whats-on/merchandise/. The winner must collect their picnic from the Derby LIVE Box Office tent upon arrival at the concert.
7.4. Please note this prize does not include travel expenses.

1. The winner and their guest acknowledge that in the event that The Darley Park concert does not take place as specified for any reason, Global Radio does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
2. The winner must comply with the event terms and conditions. Photographic ID may be required.
3. If the winner has been contacted and does not respond via email or telephone by 3rd September 2015 at 13.00 Global Radio reserve the right to reallocate the prize to another eligible entrant.
4. If the winner is unable to attend The Darley Park Concert, Global Radio reserve the right to reallocate the prize to another eligible entrant.
5. The winner and their guest acknowledge that in the event that The Cathedral Quarter Hotel, Derby is unable to provide accommodation for any reason, alternative accommodation at a similar establishment will be offered.
6. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
7. Global Radio reserves the right to change the prize or any part of it at any time.
