I've completed on a house purchase around 3 weeks ago.. How quickly should it show on my credit file? My clearstore (equifax) updated today, and it does't show. Noodle updated last week, and it also doesn't show.. I've just ordered my £2 report from experian to check there once it comes though..The first (part) payment has already been taken.
This is my first house purchase, which is joint with my Mother, who owns several other properties.
It's just really our of curiosity that I want to see it there..
Thanks
Danny

Usually not more than one month after you make the first payment. That's the same with any credit agreement. Once you've made the first payment they'll update the credit report within a month. Clearscore and Noddle then might not generate a credit report for another month depending on exactly when they added it to your file so you might not see it for quite some time.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.0 -

Thanks HappyMJ.. They should hopefully show on the next updates towards the end of this month.0
