Print out and keep a copy of the RM tracking detail as it progresses wherever it is going, in case it changes/vanishes. Probably have no legal basis, but it might help if there is a later problem.0

I once had a Spanish parcel track to Sweden and when I phoned RM they were quite blas! about it and said it happened a lot.

A while back I was working in Mauritania (West Africa) and one of my duties was running our stores.
I had placed an urgent order for a part that was needed to get one of our aircraft flying and this was being shipped with DHL from Aberdeen.
It failed to arrive on the scheduled date and after a bit of investigation I discovered that it had gone to Mauritius instead of Mauritania (despite the airway bill showing the correct information) so packages getting sent to the wrong country can happen.0
