Can I Access my Job Seekers Agreement Online

Hi

Can I access my 'Job Seekers Agreement' online? I recall the person in the benefits office told me that it was a 'live document that could be edited/altered at any time.'

Thanks

Am quite confused by you. I just get the impression you're here to quiz people on JSA.

You cant view or edit a JSA claim online, You can use universal job match to check for jobs and apply and also log all your work search activity. The only person who can edit or change things is you're coach when you sign on.

When you signed on. You're coach would have giving you all this information, You get your work log book, You're claimant commitment page out lining what is required by you.

I suggest you go into you're local JCP tomorrow and ask to speak to someone, Or call JSA and get them to book you an appointment.

    HI Paragon

Yes indeed I am quizzing people about JSA this evening. This is my first 2 weeks signing on, and I'm just trying to clarify things. My 'job coach' told me almost nothing after my first 'signing on' session.

I was just curious if the actual agreement could be viewed online, as I remember being told during my initial interview that it was a 'live document that could be altered at any time.'

This led me to make the false assumption that the agreement could be edited online.

    Thanks

I don't think my work coach had read any of that. And the job search book isn't big enough to fit that level of detail in. I did my activity list on A4 then gave them a copy of it.
OP, I think the live document bit means that the agreement can be changed if circumstances change. Or if they think you're taking the p1ss.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
