HELP ASAP : "Offence" TFL

Hi, I received one letter from TFL and Justice. I have been charged with an offence committed on a TFL Service to enter a compulsory ticket area without having a valid ticket. So, I must plead like guilty or not guilty, and If I want to go to court. Obviously I want to pay the fare but I don't want to go to court. I dond would like to have criminal record. Maybe they make me to go to court. I must answer the letter ASAP just I have few days to sent it.

Any help/ Advice? Any lawyer? Same or similar case?

    I think you need to give more details to get some advice. Where were you and what happened to you when you were stopped.
