    Are you sure as the ones i saw are only 12 inches tall at most?
    It is level with the third brick on the wall,

    A word of advice - if you're thinking of taking any seeds/cuttings, or buying any for your garden, they spread with weed-like ferocity and are very difficult to eradicate once they establish. (I know this to my cost - was given some to fill a gap a few years ago and they're taking over...)
