ebay jinks

I advetised two cars on ebay but did not appear in the car finder search despite numerous complaints to ebay, the issue never was resolved.
Made my first purchase on ebay, ipod Nano, payed £9.90 postage despite this item weighs 3oz and a distance of 25 miles from seller, but i never received the item, again complained to ebay but no joy. I have been unable to log on to my skype for sometime now and emailed skype to report the problem, but i have since found out that ebay now own skype.

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
