The prize includes a return flight (economy class) to Vienna for 2 people, two nights’ accommodation in a double room in a 4 star hotel in Vienna, and two dinner and casino vouchers (including entry, 4-course dinner, casino chips worth €25). The trip must take place before 31 December 2015. No other expenditures are included in the prize. The organisation and booking of the trip will be completed by paysafecard.
The prize draw to win the trip will take place in camera between 20 and 24 October 2015.
The winner of the trip will be informed by e-mail and is required to send an e-mail by 30 November 2015 at the latest to gewinnspiel@paysafecard.com, quoting his/her name, address, telephone number and the password sent to them in the winner's e-mail. It isn't even a card so no idea why it is called that. basically you just pay what you want to spend online at a paypoint and they give you a bit of paper with a pin number on it and no card is involved.Looking at the terms it seems you just have to fill the form in to enter and it doesn't say you have to use the free £5 they give you

That's what I thought but was not very sure, although we are supposed to be budget people to the best of our abilities...
