Worldwide cruise and travel loyalty rewards scheme

Does anyone know whether this is a scam or not.? Worldwide timeshare's cruise and travel division are offering me unlimited free accommodation with their preferred hotel chains (Radison Blu standard) throughout Europe and Great Britian , a free cruise,and a range of other holiday savings for 3 years at a cost of £1500.
It sounds to good to be true!! I am concerned about whether this is a genuine offer or just a dud marketing gimmick?
Any comments or experiences of this type of offer welcome. Thanks
