I have taken my bank (ABBEY) to court at the county court in reading on the 8th of August 2007. This is the letter I got from the Court.

I was also given judgement and bank have until 4pm today to pay, but they have said they won't!!
Be prepared to go back to the court again and issue a warrant!

I'm also with abbey , glad to hear they have got to pay up , i'm one of those caught up in the stay,this certainly helps to keep up the positivity.
