Help with joint bank account legal issues

Following separation my ex-partner and second account holder changed the address on our joint account, leading to x amount of charges as I was not in reciept of any statements, I have asked Lloyds, to no avail, if this is legal without join consent ....can anyone help?

  • Lloyds Tsb can certainly get duplicate statements for you so that you can see what has caused the charges.
I also hope that you have told them that the account is in dispute in order for the bank to freeze it and make it impossible for other withdrawals to be made.

In order to close the account all cards would have been returned, all direct debits cancelled, all money owed repaid

doesn't seem like this was the case
