6. The winner will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win 4 nights at the 5 star La Manga Club Principe Felipe Hotel. The prize includes:

• 3 rounds of golf on a choice of La Manga Club’s three courses

• Daily Buffet Breakfast

• Fitness Pass with access to indoor pool, steam room and gym at Spa La Manga Club

• Return flight to Alicante with Monarch Airlines from Gatwick, Luton, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds Bradford with one hold bag between two.

9. The prize must be taken as one package.
10. The winner must be available to travel from August 1 to December 31, 2015. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, travel insurance, lunches, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip. Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended.
11. La Manga Club and Monarch accept no liability for use of the Prize or any loss or damage which may arise from the competition or use of the prize. The Prize winner and their companions fully indemnify La Manga Club and Monarch Airlines Ltd for any and all losses, liability, action, claim, proceeding, judgment, penalty, fine, damages, fee, cost, charge or expense (including, without limitation, legal fees and expenses) brought, claimed or asserted against them or for which they may be liable as a result of this competition or of taking or using the Prize.
12. The prize winner must ensure that they have the correct travel documentation and obtain the relevant Visas. Such travel documentation is at the sole expense of the winner. Failure to be granted a Visa and or have the necessary travel documentation will result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize
13. The prize is subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, school and Bank Holidays. The prize is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Monarch’s flight terms and conditions apply and can be found at http://www.monarch.co.uk/terms/flights. One (1) piece of hold luggage per couple is included in the prize and will be checked in free of charge. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken into the cabin per person in a bag no bigger than 56 x 40 x 25cm, free of charge. 14. Compensation under Regulation 261/2004, Montreal Convention and any other applicable law is strictly excluded irrespective of the cause.
15. If Monarch fails to comply with this Agreement, Monarch is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of Monarch’s breach of this Agreement, or of Monarch’s negligence, or of Monarch’s fraud. However, Monarch is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of Monarch’s breach or if they were contemplated by both the winner and Monarch at the time the parties entered into this Agreement. Prize winner’s statutory rights are not affected.
16. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
