Polly Pocket and Puppy In My Pocket (little dog figures!) god I used to play with those for hours!! And some toy animals from The Animals of Farthing Wood (quality 90's kids show)
Tamagotchi was the in thing to have as well, at the time everyone wore it on a string around your neck and my Mum used to have to babysit it while I went to school :rotfl: sorry Mum.

I cant remember the name of it but it was a yoyo during the revival of the yoyo in the 90's. It cost 80 quid and was made from titanium. I got it for christmas :D

I had Tippy Tumble AND Thumbelina....that was the best Christmas ever! I also had a Girl's World later on, I played with that for hours.

My little sister got the Family Tree house, not that she ever got much chance to play with it, my brother and I used to get on the floor to play with her, then we'd elbow her out of the way so that we could play with it properly haha!

She also had the Playdoh Barber shop which caused so many arguments that my mum bought another one for me! (I was about 15 at the time and no, I'm not a hairdresser now!)

My brother really, really wanted an Action Man with a parachute. When he finally got one, he decided that throwing him over the bannister wasn't high enough, so he chucked him out of the bedroom window. Poor Action Man ended up in next door's garden, their dog got hold of him and he was unfortunately never the same after that. (Action Man, not the dog!)

I had one. It was well used an loved by me, then my niece played with it for years and I got it off my mum for my daughter, who only stopped playing with it last year. The dog kennel (disgused as a bush), the dog, the sofa and the car all got lost through the years, but its certainly lasted. Even the handle still works to send the lift up and down!

Personally I always wanted a Bigtrak with a trailer, but wasn't considered suitable for a girl,

I wanted a Dougal fluffy dog from the Magic Roundabout but I got a Florence plastic dolll instead. Her body was made of hard ish plastic and her legs had a large bulbous bit at the top that was pushed into the bottom of the doll so they didn't fall out. I was so upset I didn't get a Dougal dog I pulled her legs off, hence why I know that the ends of her legs had bulbous bits! Ruined my life, I've never got over it! Lol

I wanted a Slinky but we lived in a bungalow.

This actually happened to my hubby, his parents brought him one even though they lived in a bungalow

    OOOhhhh!!!

I desperately wanted a Bontempi Organ (like an electric keyboard to play piano style music), the Sindy Horse and the mahoosive Lego kit that you could make into the big Star Wars battle ship (the circular one that I can't remember the name of now...!)

Didn't get ANY of them. Ever.

Sindy horse got forgotten about eventually, the Organ eventually became a guitar. The Lego is something that still lives on though, because now I treat myself to the "Adult" kits and am working my way through the Architecture sets as well as making VW Camper vans etc. :p
