Gfinity Prize Draw (26-28 June 2015) - Terms and Conditions
Introduction
1. These terms and conditions are the rules that apply to the Gfinity Prize Draw accepting entries from 20:00 hrs Friday 26 June 2015 to 23:59 hrs on Sunday 28 June 2015 (UK time) (the “Prize Draw”) (the "Rules").
2. The Rules will apply unless otherwise expressly stated or varied by Gfinity PLC (“Gfinity”). Gfinity reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw at any time without notice.
3. The Prize Draw is organised by Gfinity.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or otherwise relating to the Prize Draw, the decision of Gfinity shall be final.
Entrants
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. In order to enter the Prize Draw, individuals must (i) register as a user of Gfinity’s website https://www.gfinity.net, (ii) follow @Gfinity on Twitter and (iii) ‘like’ Gfinity on Facebook (individuals taking all of these steps thereby becoming “Entrants”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter or Facebook.
6. To be eligible for the Prize Draw, Entrants must be aged 18 or over (at the date of entry) and remain a registered user of Gfinity as at the time of drawing winning entries (which shall take place on or about Monday 29 June 2015). Any Entrants resident outside the United Kingdom should ensure that they are lawfully able to enter the Prize Draw in their country of residence.
7. Entries to the Prize Draw are limited to one per Entrant.
8. Gfinity reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant. Gfinity further reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if, in the opinion of Gfinity, such Entrant has breached any of these Rules or otherwise acted improperly or dishonestly.
9. Employees of Gfinity, their immediate families and any individual directly or indirectly associated with the operation of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
10. The closing date for entries shall be 23:59 on Sunday 28 June 2015. For the avoidance of doubt, an entry will not be complete until all of the steps set out at paragraph 5 have been completed.
Prizes
11. Upon entering, Entrants will qualify for a draw for the following prizes (“the Prizes”):
1 x Alienware Laptop
10 x SteelSeries Siberia V3 headsets (each a separate Prize)
20 x Gfinity T-shirts (each a separate Prize)
Entrants with winning entries (each a “Prize Winner”) will be drawn at random by Gfinity on or about Monday 29 June 2015. The Prize Winners will be notified by e-mail thereafter. For the avoidance of doubt, each Entrant may only win a maximum of one Prize.
12. If any Prize Winner fails to claim their Prize within the time specified in Gfinity’s prize notification, the Prize Winner will automatically forfeit their Prize. In the event this occurs, Gfinity may conduct a re-draw for such Prize. It is the responsibility of Entrants to ensure that they are able to receive emails from Gfinity.
13. The Prize is awarded at Gfinity’s discretion and will not be awarded to any Entrant who, in the opinion of Gfinity, has breached any of these Rules or otherwise acted improperly or dishonestly.
14. Gfinity reserves the right to (i) substitute any Prize at any time with a prize of equivalent value and/or (ii) alter any aspect of any Prize, save that any amendments shall not (unless necessary) materially reduce the value of the Prize. The Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Use of personal information
15. Each Entrant consents to the processing of his/her personal data by Gfinity for the operation of the Prize Draw and, by registering as a user of Gfinity, Entrants accept the terms of Gfinity’s Privacy Policy (and the uses of personal data detailed therein), available at http://www.gfinity.net/support/legals/category/3.
16. Each Entrant hereby agrees that the name and town/city of residence of any Prize Winner may be used for promotional purposes, including publication on Gfinity’s internet sites and social media platforms. Prize Winners may also be requested to take part in the promotional activities of Gfinity relating to the Prize Draw.
General
17. Gfinity will not accept any liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by an Entrant as a result of entering the Prize Draw or arising from the Prize.
18. The Prize Draw and the Rules are governed by English law and Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.Biggest win: £10,000 from PepsiFavourite win: Handmade jewellery worth £1000ITV Winners Club Member #1Check out the ITV Winners Club in IWIWIWI shall write in ever decreasing circles until I have nothing left to say0 -

That is the most difficult to use competition entry form I've ever had to fight with.
Sadly I've had to give up, but I'm going to send an email to the contact address telling him how hard it is to use.0 -
anyone found out how to send a tweet, as (already mentioned), there is no tweet button.0
-
I'm using an iPad and it worked very easily and straightforward. After entering name and email I got options to tweet (+1 entry), follow (+1 entry) and sign up for newsletter (+1 entry) - all easy and fully automated (it says "unlock" rather than "tweet" "follow" etc.). Maybe a format issue? Try entering using a mobile or tablet? or maybe it's just been fixed?0

The Tweet button isn't there when I use IE but it is in Chrome
