Dear Martin and All,
Please help... Started reading the money saving expert site for advice . I got reall y excited by the fact that Myself and my partner could claim back bank charges. But things are now on hold... so do we or don't we start the claiming process.
Am I entitled to claim from a bank account that I closed, due to them forever making me overdrawn due to bank charges? (abby)
What about my partner he has a business account and a personal account that he is overdrawn his overdraft limit due to continuous charges. Even though he pays to be within it, their charges make him go over again.
Are we entitled to claim anything? Please help new to all this!!!
Will they want him to move his business account aswell?
Aghhhh ~ please advice is needed.

Business account, closed account - doesn't matter, you can claim as normal. If any of your charges is near the 6 year cut-off mark, it is advisable to get the claim in the system with the usual process of letters and then a court claim.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
