MCOL form advice

I'm claiming against MBNA credit card via MCOL. Just wondering what the best thing to put in the "Particualrs of claim" page would be - anyone done this and won?

Cheers.

I can't work out how to do the interest so do I just delete the lines that relate to it?

To work out your interest on your charges up to now, you need to input all charges individually with date and amount in Martin's interest calculator: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/bank-charges

To work out the daily interest (i.e from now until judgement): Multiply the amount of your claim (charges only, not including interest) by .00022

Full story is that MBNA owed me £645. I worked out the interest using the calculator thing before they paid me £321 as goodwill payment.

I accepted this as part payment.

So do I go with the original amount + interest - partial payment?

Will I get away with such a sloppy bit of maths on the MCOL application? Strikes me that you have to be as precise as possible with this process.
