Experian CreditExpert very out of date

I recently signed up for the Experian CreditExpert trial but the data it has about me doesn't look very accurate. It says I have a credit score of 999 (I know this is meaningless!) and no available credit . The average age of my accounts is 59 months and they all have 'Closed' next to them.

None of my 4 credit cards or 5 bank accounts (used for savings) are listed but it does have details of old loans, credit cards and phone contracts, some of which were settled 4-5 years ago.

Is it normal for this information to be so out of date? I'm in the early stages of applyingg for a Santander mortgage and am worried this could hurt my chances.

Not sure why anyone would pay £14.99 for such out of date information!

I want to help establish why this has happened, so that I can take a look through your credit report with you to investigate why you have missed accounts, could you please email me your details (name/dob/address).

We receive updates from your lenders on a monthly basis, if you feel that the information your lenders have provided to be incorrectly, please let us know so we can help make sure your credit report is how you expect it to be before applying for your mortgage.

Thanks for your reply, I have emailed you some details so would be good to understand why the information is not accurate.

Just want to say thanks to Experian for sorting out the various issues with my credit report over the past few days.

Had to add several variations of my address in order to get my various accounts to show up and electoral roll details to show but it's looking much more realistic now. Not quite 999 but still 'Excellent'.
