This is a bit of a odd plea for help and advice but a friend of mine has set up a baby board for mum's and her problem is that she is considering closing the board unless she get some new members.
The ladies on there really want her to keep running it as its a good board to have a gossip and help pregant and new mums, and we can post pics or our little one's on there to show off ;D
We have been trying to come up with new ideas for te board but have run out can anyone on here think of anything new to add to it to draw in some new members.

Thank you

Ella I had a look, but you have to join just to view the boards :-/ I don't really want to join, my kids are teens nowBulletproof0

Maybe that's the problem, having to join before you've even seen if it's any good. I think most sites you can usually view the boards without being a member, only having to join if you want to post. There are quite a lot of baby related message boards, I guess if this one is harder to access it might put people off (especially if you're a busy mum!).0

i've forwarded the address to my sister in law, she says she'll have a look, but like the above have said, it is off putting to have to join first.0

How about a place for second hand equipement/clothes? Site looks lovely by the way but i dont want to join either as my kids arent babies anymore.0

I also took a quick look but I agree with what everyone else is saying about having to join first. My baby is 18 months old so I don't know how much is going to be relevent to me without having to join first.0 -
my sis in law has joined, she said she'll give me some feedback so i'll let you know. her youngest is 18 months.0
