Does anyone know of a free online car valuation tool for the UK and Ireland?

The consumer group Which? used to provide such a service but have now withdrawn it.

Your best option is ebay sold items or check the advertised prices on ebay and the autotrader.

Get the parkers priceguide? or MSE have a read in the shop...

Get a quote from We Buy Any Car. You may get a few emails from them afterwards but there is no pressure to sell.


Also go on Autotrader and into the sell your car bit, and put your reg in. It should suggest a selling price for you, then cancel out and you won't be charged.

If you get a quote from webuyanycar, make sure you double it for a realistic value. Parkers is usually very good, or if you are wanting to sell, do a google search for your type of car as though you were looking to buy, and see what they are going for, it will give you a good guide.

You can put whatever you like in the e-mail field for WBAC, you still get a valuation.
