The pro-am places on offer are courtesy of Kyocera Document Solutions, the official printer and copier supplier to the 2015 ISPS HANDA Ladies European Masters.

Kyocera is proudly supporting the tournament for the third successive year and will arrange accommodation for the winners (if required) for the night before or after the event, although travel costs to the Buckinghamshire Golf Club would be at the participants’ own expense. The Ladies European Masters will be providing hospitality to the winners while they are at the event.
To be eligible to play in the pro-am, entrants should have a minimum golf handicap of 28 for men and 36 for ladies.
The day itself begins with registration and lunch from midday, with a shotgun start all over the course at 1.30pm. The prize-giving ceremony is due to begin at 7pm.
To enter the prize draw, complete the form before noon on Friday, June 5, 2015.

All entries must be received by 12:00 on Friday, June 5, 2015. 7. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter by email or telephone by 17:00 on Friday, June 5, 2015. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner by this deadline or should a winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. Should a prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
9. Two winning entrants will each win a place in the Shotgun session of the pre Ladies European Masters tournament Pro-am event, which takes place at the Buckinghamshire Golf Club on July 1, 2015. The prize includes:
Optional local bed and breakfast accommodation;
Complimentary polo shirt;
Hospitality during the day; and
The optional services of a caddy.
10. The winners must be available on July 1, 2015. Once notified, the winners must advise KYOCERA in advance of:
Whether accommodation is required;
Their polo shirt size;
Any special dietary needs; and
Whether the services of a caddy are required.
A standard golfing attire dress code applies.
11. The prizes do not include travel to or from the event, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. All elements of the prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter and KYOCERA.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and/or KYOCERA. Accordingly the Promoter and/or KYOCERA may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter and or KYOCERA as a result thereof.
