Can i repay loans early?

Am looking into loans to change both our cars (both old and getting tired) and both me and my partner sometimes get overtime, when we do its for a few weeks at a time. If we got a loan to replace our cars, say over 4 years, could we make overpayments as and when we wanted?
I think our repayments will be about £300 a month, could we make additional payments when we want to, without incurring a charge?

It all depends on the loan agreement. Most will let you overpay, though some may charge you some sort of fee for paying it off early. You'd need to ask when applying.0
