Natwest

Hi everyone just to let you know I refused the offer from Nat West and went to the FO I got a letter from nat west today saying if I want to I could still take their offer as long as when the court case is finnished that is that and the offer is valid for another two months are the banks sweating now or what do I take it and lose 2/3rds of what I asked for do I refuse with a chance of losing the lot or do I sit it out and sweat with the banks

  • Maybe you sue the banks and if you case is stayed then you do not lose out on any value of the claim due to the statute of limitations.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
