Senior Railcard

2. Prize includes travel allowance up to the value of £75pp; 1 nights’ hotel accommodation at Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club, based on two people sharing a double or twin room; Daily breakfast; Afternoon tea on one day.
3. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. No cash alternative is available.
6. Prize is subject to availability.
7. Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2015 – 2nd January 2016 (Christmas and New Year), UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday.
8. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame.
9. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
10. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.
11. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over.
12. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
13. The prize excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
