There was talk about you being assumed to be earning NMW, has that happened?

My Local Authority - for Housing Benefit actual self employed income.

For Council Tax Support - NMW x hours worked.
These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.

Universal credit in several ways will assume minimum wage.
Your universal credit award will reduce as if you were earning the minimum wage.
So, do 40 hours, and your UC award will reduce by as much as if you earned that.

Very few people in work are currently on UC.
