SMART Scratch and Dent cover

Hi all,

I've just ordered a brand new car from Toyota and they have offered me 3 years scratch and dent cover for £499. I know from when my OH bought a car there last month that this product costs them about £360, so I don't intend to pay £499 for it, but I forgot to include it in my negotiations over the price of the car so I've now lost most of my bargaining power over haggling on this.

Does anyone know of any good third party providers for this? Is this product worth buying in your views? I think for peace of mind it would be a good purchase, but having just shelled out a lot of money for the deposit on the car, I'm a little unsure about spending a lot more money.

Any advice would be appreciated.
