Mullercorner Dream Holiday comp - Entries closed early

Muller Corner Yoghurts are running a dream holiday promotion. I have been saving the promotional packet inserts and noticed I had accumulated three. So I sat down to submit them. I put in my name and address, answered the question and entered the code off the first pack. I got an automated response saying I was ineligible as I had already made the maximum of 12 entries!

!!!!!! this is the first time I have entered it. I had entered in my own name and with my own address so I tried again getting my sister to enter with another code .Same response. Closing date is not until 31 May 2015 so looks like they have closed it down early,

Everything still shows 31/05 as the closing date, have you tried to contact them?

My code doesn't work, what should I do?
Please check that you have entered the code correctly. It must be entered exactly as it appears on your card. If it still doesn't work, please email consumers@muller.co.uk

I have just entered this and it worked fine, this was my third or fourth entry. Hope it works for you today:)
