Would it not be easier to post weeklies on main board every week?

I don't want to criticise the work, time and effort everyone puts into this forum as I am very grateful for everything everyone does, but I've just looked at entering some weekly comps and the first couple of posts now look well out of date, and new comps haven't been added.
I've noticed that some weekly comps have been listed every week on the main competition page, but not all.
How does everyone do the weeklies - do you trawl through all the pages each week or just do the ones posted on the main page?
What's everyone's thoughts on this?

There are competitions on the Weeklies thread that expired 4+ years ago.
I don't think anyone is looking after that thread at the moment
(I thought Nix was going to do it, what happened there?)
The way it stands at the moment it is waste of time even opening the thread and it needs to be closed down
I think most are just being added to the main comps page“I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints.” - Billy Joel

There is already a thread that was discussing this HERE but it seems to have "died".
Perhaps you should add your views there.0
