Hi there!
I am a very inexperienced gardener! Just bought first house recently and thought I'd try my hand at growing some veggies. I have planted broccoli, onion, spring onion, carrots and leeks. I planted them in a long window cill incubator style thing about 9 days ago.
To my delight they have started coming up
I want to transfer them into bigger pots but what sort of guide should I follow for the size of the seedlings before I move them? I don't want to damage them!!
Thank you!

Hello, great that they have germinated. I wait until at least two lots of "real" leaves have grown and the plant on. Only handle by the leaves and give them a drink when you have transplanted them. Good luck.0

I really don't mean this unkindly, but questions like this aren't really best answered on a forum, where you will often get hurried, partial answers - even some incorrect ones.
Instead, if you haven't got access to a basic gardening book, have a look at one of the websites that explains to you how to do things. Usually they are accompanied by pictures, sometimes even video, and the answers are likely to be much more help to you.
There are many to choose from but a good place to start would be here:

The RHS is also pretty good:
