Self cert recommendations???

Hi,

Having become self employed recently and looking for a new home i was wondering if anyone could recommend a self cert mortgage lender?

Any help would be much appreciated

There are loads of self cert mortgage lenders in the UK.

You should be aware however that there are different types of self cert products i.e up to 75% loan to value, up to 85% loan to value, up to 95% loan to value.

Each one of these requires different levels of proof of self employed/employed status and going for the wrong lender and product could severely prejudice your position.
