The prize comprises:
a) Return flights for two in economy class from a London airport of our choice to Naples International Airport, Italy;
b) Hire of a three door car (Fiat 500 or similar) with GPS for eight days;
c) Seven nights' accommodation at Casa Angelina based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a Relaxing Double Room with Sea View on a bed and breakfast basis (subject to availability);
d) Travel insurance for two.

The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element and at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

The prize must be taken and completed by 25 October 2016. The hotel opens seasonally from April to October and the prize cannot be redeemed between 1 – 31 August 2015/2016 or during Bank/Public Holidays in the UK (2 & 30 May 2016).

The prize winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Italy. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

The car hire is available where the prize winner or the prize winner’s companion must be the driver, aged between 25 and 75 and in possession of a full, clean licence held for at least 3 years. Holders of non EU licences must also produce an international permit valid for at least one year. The lead driver must be in a possession of a valid credit card (not a debit card) with a minimum of £800 available for security deposit to collect the car, which is refundable upon safe return of the car and provided the car is returned to the drop off point with the fuel gauge at the same level as when the car was collected. The car includes fuel, unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver with nil excess, theft protection, local taxes and fees.

Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the prize winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check in to the hotel. Minimum age for guests at the hotel is 12. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the local laws in Italy. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the winner.
