According to the Telegraph there is a 90 day amnesty running to allow landlords to protect deposits where they previously haven't done so.

Does this mean that tenants can no longer claim for late protection?

Does this mean that LLs can seek possession if they take advantage of this amnesty?

Has the Telegraph got it completely wrong?
