Charge the bank

I don't know if anyone else has done this, but I recently made an appointment to discuss my bank charges with the bank manager.
Keeping the story short, he failed to keep the appointment and did not contact me to apologise or to rearrange the appointment.
So I put my complaint into the service manager of the HSBC bank, they failed to respond so I took it to the ombudsmen to look into it.
Anyway the upshot was I when I sent my letter of complaint I attached an invoice for my time and for sending in my complaint. It was only for a total of £57, but due to the fact the ombudsmen made contact with the bank, i have received a letter informing me that the Bank's area manager had paid the outstanding invoice into my account.
How's that for pure cheek

But...What happens when customers fail to show up for appointments? Perhaps the bank will start to charge customers!0
