Terms & Conditions

Prizes consist of the following:
1. A two night stay in the BEST WESTERN PLUS Dean Court Hotel, two 2 day York Passes and two standard class Virgin Trains East Coast Rail tickets from any Virgin Trains East Coast mainline station.
2. This prize draw/competition is open only to participants aged 18 or over.
3. The winning entries will be the drawn at random.
4. The prize is non transferable and there is not a cash alternative.
5. The judges' decision will be final.
8. Multiple entries by the same person will not be accepted.
9. This competition is not open to Visit York, York Minster, York Designer Outlet, York Museums Trust, Dean Court Hotel or Virgin Trains East Coast Rail staff.
10. Any personal data submitted with consent will be kept by Visit York, York Minster, York Designer Outlet, York Museums Trust, Dean Court Hotel and Virgin Trains East Coast Rail employees for the purpose of sending our newsletter and mailings and will not be shared with any other third party.
11. The closing date is 13th April 2015.
12. The winner will be contacted after the closing date by a member of staff from the Visit York Marketing Team.
13. The competition prize is subject to availability and is only available Sunday to Thursday, room only.
14. Prize to be redeemed by 1st September 2015.

It looks like they've amended the end date as weeowens had pasted full T&Cs with end date of 09/04
