Does anyone here use Southeastern High Speed services between Ebbsfleet & London St Pancras?
If so, you may be interested to learn that currently a Ebbsfleet to Strood ticket is valid via London Bridge & London St Pancras.
Although valid, I would not attempt to use this ticket without documentary evidence of validity, though. So, anyone wishing to make use of this, is advised to book on the Southeastern website, specifying via: London Bridge, and printing & bringing with them the booking confirmation clearly showing the itinerary, as this is evidence of a contract.
This is HALF of the cost of an Ebbsfleet to London St Pancras ticket.
Note: This will not remain valid for long; enjoy it while you can!

If anyone wants to buy tickets with that itinerary, do so fast (ie, this weekend!), as it will cease to be permitted very soon (as described here), and will no longer appear in journey planners.
This is a fantastic half-price loophole that has been around for quite some time, but now the 'cat is out of the bag' it will be gone very soon!0 -
It's gone now. I hope some people were able to book while it was still valid.0

Passengers may be accused of being "intelligent" (!)
Well, the gateline staff at St Pancras who I've encountered certainly aren't!

Apparently i'm “very intelligent and articulate” had I been to university they enquired - have to give them bonus points for that0
