Whats this garden feature called?

Am planning a 2 level patio, and want to seperate it with the railings/balustrades (dont know the correct term) and need to know what to search for when looking for ideas?

Can anyone help pleas? Minds gone blank :o

    The uprights are called baluster(s) and the top bit is the balustrade, can be made from wood, stone or as in your pic moulded and coloured cement.

    Unless you have a 25 bedroom mansion I believe 'Grandiose' may be the word which fits the look best :D
