Tax Reminder

Bullet points:

1 - got a tax reminder through the post for my old car
2 - my car has changed hands/with a scrappy, got taken away in mid-March.
3 - DVLA have acknowledged the change of ownership and I have the tax refund.
4 - Given the form says either pay tax or sorn (no other choices), I went online to sorn but it wont let me.

Can I do nothing/ignore?

Thanks in advance.

I got one two years ago, 6 months after I sold the van and informed the DVLA and they are still getting debt collectors onto me now.

Is this from the scrappy or the DVLA?
