Ford specialist, Hastings area

Bit of a long shot, but does anyone know of a Ford specialist in the Hastings (East Sussex) area? There is a Ford main dealer here, but would like to avoid this if poss.
The only problem with the car (Mondeo 2.0 petrol) is a difficulty in starting from hot sometimes e.g. if I stall it. But only an occasional thing. Would like to know of a local garage for future reference, mostly!

Floor the throttle as you switch the engine off. It should start 1st time if you do that.

I found that after starting the engine, moving the car a few feet then switching it off. It cranked over for a lot longer. But if you put the throttle to the floor when switching off it always started first time.
