Participants are invited to nominate their favourite British landmark for the 21st century at highlife.ba.com/21landmarks. A panel of judges, including one who is independent to the promoter, will create a shortlist of 21 British Landmarks from all the nominations. The shortlist will be announced on 1st August 2015 in the August edition of High Life magazine. Any participant who nominates a British Landmark which is shortlisted will be entered into a prize draw.

5. Participants must complete the entry form at the point of nomination and provide their name, email address, telephone number and country of residence.

6. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatever reason will not be accepted., Any comments that we consider (in our absolute discretion) to be vulgar, offensive, indecent, racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or others will be immediately removed. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

7. Only one nomination per person. If you enter more than once, we will only accept your first nomination and disregard any others.

8. No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple accounts, multiple reproduced or computer generated entries, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.

9. All participants who nominate a shortlisted British landmark will be placed in the prize draw and one winner will be randomly selected entry by an independently verified computer generated system by 15th June 2015.

10. There is one prize. The prize is an overnight stay at Claridge’s in London, with dinner at the Fera restaurant (up to the value of £250) and breakfast based on two people sharing a standard room. The prize must be taken by 15th June 2016, excluding 21st December 2015 to 4th January 2016; 18th September to 22nd September 2015; and 19th to 23rd February 2016; and is subject to availability. The prize does not include travel, food or beverages, hotel expenses, spending money or personal expenses.

11. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s), or special offer(s), by BA or jointly with any other organisation, bonus, awards or certificates.

12. There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated and the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be resold.

13. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

14. The winner will be notified via telephone and email.

15. The winner may be required to prove eligibility to enter the prize draw, age and address and that they are the user associated with the winning notification. The promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize until these details have been verified.

16. If the prize is not claimed within a 28 days of the prize winner being notified, the prize will be redrawn and awarded to a new winner, again determined using the independently verified computer system.

17. The winner agrees to their name being used for promotional purposes. Details of the winner’s name and country may be shared with anyone who requests their details. The winner may be required to take part in publicity relating to this prize draw with no further recompense.

18. The winner’s details will be passed onto a third party for prize fulfilment only.

19. The name and country of the winner will be available 28 days after the closing date, please send an email titled Landmark prize draw to highlife@cedarcom.co.uk.

20. We will not enter into discussion on any social media channels about this prize draw.

22. Except as otherwise expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions, BA and its affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that are caused by events outside of their reasonable control. BA's total liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the prize promotion shall be limited to the value of the prize won by the winner. BA and its affiliates shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise in relation to the event for any special, indirect or consequential losses incurred by an eligible participant (or, if applicable, their guest) in any way. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit BA's or its affiliates' liability for death or personal injury resulting from BA's or its affiliates' negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which may not be excluded or limited by law.

23. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion for whatever reason, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but if this happens we will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.

24. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.

25. The promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

26. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
