Unoccupied House Insurance- Pending Probate and Sale?

The House Ins on my late fathers house runs out shortly & the insurer won't renew as the property is now unoccupied pending sale.
Are there any well known companies that offer this type of insurance?
I have looked online but unsure of the company names.
