Is there a set amount of time that you need to have money on your CC before you can transfer it to another card?

Thanks for the reply zx81. So if i bought a car on my CC would i then be able to transfer the whole of the balance to a different card.0

If you are paying 2% credit card surcharge to pay £3,000, and then 3% Balance Transfer Fee to transfer the balance, you should consider a long 0% Purchase deal instead.0
