cancelling gym due to over 12 mile distance ..will

they let me
Think I joined total fitness in jan or feb 07 on a 12 month contract at 38.99pm and I am moving over 12 miles away not to mention 2.50 tunnel fees will they let me cancel out of my contract (i cant find my agreement and not sure what their response will be if i phone up unprepared
I am moving to my mums so wont have any bills to prove it for a while and even then only my mobile phone bill
where do you think i stand ... any advice on how to handle this

I think its highly unlikely that they will let you cancel. Is there any way you can "sell" your membership on? or is it photocard? (sell it to a lookalike).
You could try "I am going abroad". Promise to sign up when you get back etc.
