Be vary wary of this offer - myself & numerous others have applied for this & are still awaiting our free hair cut.
I sent off my application in March & am fed up of the numerous phone calls I have made to them to try to sort this, originally the voucher they sent had my details instead of the salons, the next was for a salon that was not participating in the offer & now they cant find a single salon in my area (which includes 2 cities & 4 towns).
I am very disappointed with TLC & their response each time I ring, which is that they are still trying!!!

same here. I registered for it in april and was told that the voucher was sent (after numerous phone calls to the 0845 number) , but no voucher arrived. waited until a couple of weeks ago did the voucher finally came (3rd voucher they sent, apparently). then i discovered that the saloon stated is not participating in the offer. So back to square 1.

called up again,...and was told that there are no more available saloons in my area. was told to go to london for the haircut. ( could have gotten a haircut by a pro at a local saloon, for the price of the train ticket).
