Credit Card Refund too much after Fraud

Hi,
Strange one this..
About 4 months ago I noticed fraudulent activity on my Credit Card to the value of around £2,000.
My balance up to that point was around £300.
I rang Barclaycard who refunded me but they refunded too much.
I'm now £980 in credit despite spending another £500 on top of the original £300.
I've called numerous times to explain the situation but they seem to think nothing is wrong.
I'm not sure what to do. What is the law regarding this?
Barclaycard only deal online or by phone so I can't physically speak to someone.
thanks

Which was it £300 or £2000?0 -
Just don't spend the money. Barclaycard will take it back once they realise. It's not your money so the law says don't spend it.0

My own personal balance was £300.
Someone defrauded my account of an additional £2000.0
