hi ,could you help me please ,we bought a leather reclining chair it was deliverd on a Friday on saterday we noticed a tear down the inside went to the store on sunday to report it we had an upholsterer come a week later to have a look ,yes he could repair it I told him I wanted it replaced he then told me to go and see the shop manager which we did ,shop manager was adamant and refused to replace it ,he said shops policy was to repair even if it was deliverd damaged ,he agreed it was deliverd damaged but would not budge
