PayPal helping themselves to my Current account!

Just checking my online banking with Barclays this Arvo, when I noticed a DD paid to PayPal for £40 and then another 5 days earlier for £54! This concerned me as my PAYPAL account is not linked to my Barclays current account, at all, nor shows activity of such on PayPal. I immediately called Barclays and they confirmed…

indeed, it has a 4-digit pin attached to the payment, so just knowing that 1p gets credited won't get you far.
