Hi, I advertised a pram on e bay 2 weeks ago, and had it down for collection or £10 delivery by me in Merseyside. The person that bid on it had no feedback score and was only registered the week before, and was also from Ireland. I immediately contacted her to explain - never heard anything. She won the action - I mailed again, still nothing.
I got a user request for her phone number, but it feels a bit weird calling her.
Can anyone suggest a way forward? What if she has made a msitake - will I get my fees back?
Thanks

Don't wste any more time with this buyer, just open a Non paying bidder compalint and let that run. That gets your final value fees back. You also get a listing credit which is refunded if the pram sells next time, but that only covers the basic fees and not any extras such as gallery.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I have the same problem on a sling that I sold last week. Opened a NPB dispute and still nothing. TBH didnt think it would bother them.
Am going to relist it.0 -

The point of an NPB dispute it to get your fees back, and if you're lucky and they dont respond to a dispute, you can close it after a week and leave them appropriate feedback without fear of a retaliatory neg0
