    How did you not know you were getting a 3 year discount tracker?


    Read the T&C they sent you it should say in there what notice they need to give at the end of the three years of the current SVR and new payment.

    DOn't you keep your annual statemnets with the original docs?

    At the time of signing on the dotted line, I probably knew it only tracked for 3 years but I obviously forgot and didn't look into it as it never has been a issue with the amount of interest I was paying.

    I've read the entire 10 page document (twice) but it does not mention anywhere how they notify you when I will revert to their SVR.

    Normally at the expiry of the product term.
